Venu leads a global team of engineers that are responsible for building the complete set of platforms and solutions for Cisco’s Data Center Networking portfolio. This includes data center networking solutions based on NX-OS and DCNM, for Nexus and MDS platforms.
Venu is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience in the networking industry, in software development and management positions. He has a strong track record of delivering scalable software solutions for the Data Center, Enterprise, and Service Provider segments.
Venu and his teams are four time winners of the Cisco Pioneer Award, which annually recognizes teams for outstanding innovation technology/product within Cisco.
Outside of work, Venu’s passion is reading and outdoor team sports.
